FEELS

Yey! I can finally paint a realistic drawing in Photoshop (at least) after all these years of frustration when seeing other's artworks! :D I just learned that this thing takes a lot of patience, and motivation! Thanks to the very helpful tutorials I read! Now I will practice even more! :D

DAY 4

"Girl on Fire"
My very random idea of combining the features of some Disney princesses turned out to this. I named it so because of the use of warm colors and also the song (Alicia Keys') was stuck in my head for quite a while now.

Daily Sketch Challenge

So I decided to try this 1 "decent" sketch or drawing a day within a month (for now) and hopefully, I could stick to it and finish this challenge. I may not be able to upload it daily, but I'll try. I started last Monday, April 14 and expecting to finish by May 13. :D

DAY 1: I went to this "Aliwan" Fiesta (an annual event where people from different places compete for their own native festivals) near our place and so I was inspired to draw this.

DAY 2: I was watching that night a beauty pageant and I was amazed by the way the
 Filipina candidates walked.

DAY 3: I remember going to an opera last week and so I made this. This wasn't really what the opera was about but my drawing means "war" since the red is over blue (symbolic for the Philippine flag).

3rd Oil Painting

Photo taken by my uncle

I just wanna share my 3rd oil painting (ever) on canvas, which I did last December 2012. This was a commissioned portrait for my uncle.
